Sofa Snap™ Limited Lifetime Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Sofa Snap™ for the life of your sofa.  Replacement of one piece does not automatically constitute the replacement of the other piece.  This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser.  The Sofa Snap™ must be properly installed and any physical damage will void warranty.

If your Sofa Snap™ fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the Sofa Snap™. We reserve the right to substitute models of comparable quality and do not guarantee that the type of the replacement will match the existing piece.  Replacement model subject to current availability.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. All warranty requests are subject to a  Warranty Service Fee which will include shipping, packaging and handling costs to return the Sofa Snap™ to you.

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages which result through the use of this product.  This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby excluded.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.  This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state-to-state.
